Imagine going about your day, when suddenly you're shifted out of reality. You still exist in the world, just out of reach. After this, you go to eat, but due to your body technically not existing to need the energy, every single calorie is stored as fat, which becomes apparent after a meal or two.

Time to tap into a type I actually haven't yet, surprisingly; the Bug type. Specifically, the lightning fast Beedrill with their special venom, which they spent years cultivating within themselves, that causes anyone to begin rapidly swelling in whatever spot they get stabbed with their stinger.

The idea of a force-feeding Gym Leader was evading me for a bit, since a Pokémon running around with food in their arms didn't seem to make sense. But I do believe solid idea has emerged from my brainstorming. Another rare Pokémon on the scene, here we have the stoic and rather sluggish Copperajah.

Up to this point, I've been using inflation as a deterrent from messing up during a gym battle, but what if it's made into the point of the challenge? Enter Gym Leader Wigglytuff, who requires that every Pokémon that takes their challenge to become inflated, even Pokémon that can fly/levitate.

My brain is going haywire tonight, I was browsing potential Poison type Pokémon to make into a Gym Leader, and that reminded me that Galarian Slowking exists. And it is so perfect to be played as a witch doctor drugging its opponent and slowly robbing them of their willpower and leading them astray.

Okay, here's a fun guy I'm visiting for a Gym Leader. Iron Bundle. They have an instant win move where its tail lashes out and plugs their opponent's maw, pouring ice-cold water down their throat and then sealing it with ice, essentially water-logging them. Though, they can technically still fight.

A new Gym Leader I have in mind is a Banette who casts a special form of Destiny Bond on their opponent. Then, from that point onwards, they will take every opportunity to stop fighting to eat something from the huge feast laid around them. However, their opponent gets hit with every calorie eaten.

Meowscarada PMD Gym Leader whose gimmick is fighting with the room just filled in Full Insence. While they have plenty of practice with the bloat, any challengers just end up performing worse and worse over time. End the fight fast, or you and your partners will simply be too lethargic to act.

My mood most of the time is the bird nesting on the branch nearby, watching the shenanigans of these furs below me.
