This is a national disgrace. Nurses are the backbone of healthcare to announce they are not professionals is a slap in the face. Whoever's brain fart this was I sincerely hope if you end up in the ICU let's see how fast that works for you. Oh you're flat lining..need the crash cart? Yeah good luck
