Give the Trump regime a ‘kill switch’ and they can make all of its illegalities and problems disappear. This has serious reverberations for the credibility of 60 Minutes and CBS News, journalism, & the ability of Americans to know what this regime is doing.

CBS News' Bari Weiss blocked a rigorous '60 Minutes' story about the brutal CECOT prison. This is not tolerable.

Yes, but charge them with perjury for the lies they told under oath during their confirmation hearings and for their falsified financial disclosure documents. Other charges: lying to the FBI during security checks.
Get these cabinet clowns 🤡 out of office.

That is all.

Accepting a pardon requires that the person admit to have committed the crime(s). It does not expunge the record.
Clemency does not erase a conviction, it simply affects the prison sentence and a felon remains a felon!
Despite anti-drug rhetoric, Trump has granted clemency to 100 people accused of drug-related crimes

That includes felon Juan Orlando Hernández who is responsible for importing 400 tons of cocaine AND felon Ross Upbricht, a notorious internet drug trafficker

"Pack the court" is not a timely strategy to overcome the damage being done by #SCOTUS.
First, IMPEACH Clarence Thomas, who has accepted more than $4 million in BRIBES.
Then, charge every justice who lied to congress under oath during their appointment hearings with contempt. Then, IMPEACH them all.

Someone needs to get on top of the El Salvador Trump grifter family (new GITMO) connection ASAP.

Bukele thew his opposition into his megaprison concentration camp & milked his drug cartel propaganda story to his advantage as an autocrat.

Now we’re seeing Trump emulate an autocratic dictator.
After Trump’s felony convictions, Republicans visit El Salvador and gush over an authoritarian
Attending Nayib Bukele’s second inauguration, Matt Gaetz and other right-wingers praised the strongman — while sending a clear message about their views on the rule of law.

That's a hopeful outlook, but the damage caused in just the first year will not be repaired in either of our lifetimes. Our country is well and truly screwed.

So Trump is going after drug cartels by releasing drug lords and their enablers. Make it make sense.
Reporter: The former president of Honduras was found guilty in a US federal court of working with drug cartels, conspiring to distribute more than 400 tons of cocaine toward the US. He was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison, but all of that changed this week when he was pardoned by Trump.

S.O.L. (can have two very different meanings :)
If there is any justice, this will be the end of this particular revenge-driven matter.
Comey should be vilified for his torpedoing of Clinton's 2016 campaign, but that's another matter.
2/ The dismissal is without prejudice, meaning the gov’t *could* refine the charges. But because the statute of limitations has run here, that’s complicated. The gov’t may try it under a savings provision, appeal Judge Currie’s order or both.

Yep, just waiting for the bogus "subject of an ongoing investigation" ploy.
Trump’s 🦃 playbook:

✅ Give o.k. to release sanitized Epstein files (after over 1,000 FBI agents have already scrubbed them)

✅ Order retained lawfirm Bondi & Blanche LLC (AKA DOJ) to launch an investigation into Bill Clinton to milk publicity/control narrative & tie up files.
In reversal, Trump says House Republicans should vote to release Epstein files to move on from 'hoax'
It is a rare example of Trump backtracking because of opposition within the GOP.
