The same people who brought you, “Women don’t have hobbies” are now saying that reading smut or spicy books don't count as reading. I'm going to need these people to 1. Make up their minds and 2. Understand that words have meanings. “Reading” a book is reading a book, regardless of genre.

So many peole from BC really believe they don't have an accent, but hearing the internet pick out how Hudson Williams says “tour” vindicates those of us who have had to hear, “Our accent isn't as thick as everyone else in Canada” knowing damn well that it isn't true.

I think hockey players and a good portion of the fans are ready for the first openly gay player to come out, but the Establishment™️ is not. Their rolling back of diversity (ex: not allowing Fleury to wear his mask featuring indigenous art, banning the use of pride tape/warm-up jerseys) was a sign.

What I like most about Heated Rivalry is that while it's mainly about Shane and Ilya, the ensemble is also really great. Everyone, from Svetlana, Rose, Elena, Shane’s parents, Hayden, Ilya’s dad and trifling brother, Alexei, Scott, Kip, Kip’s dad, Cliff, JJ, they all add something. It's lovely.
