If you wanted to know how it’s going at my job (Gov - Higher Ed), we no longer are allowed to have our pronouns in our email signatures, they’ve disbanded ALL affinity resource groups - no affinity convocations. Bathroom signs HAVE to be gendered. No “D.E.I.”, Diversity Council gone.
