Kyle Schwarber has tied Bernie Williams for third in MLB history with 22 career postseason home runs. Only trails Manny Ramirez (29) and Jose Altuve (27).

He's also moved one home run ahead of Bryce Harper for the all-time Phillies' playoff lead with 13.
