🔴 A new study shows the system is structured so that truly independent, unbiased audits are basically impossible.

👉 The “independent” auditors tasked with validating credit claims are hired by the project developers themselves, creating a built-in conflict of interest.

👉 47+ million problematic credits retired in 2024 from just 43 projects — a quarter of the entire VCM.
