A household tip that may help someone else:
Every so often, I get a couple of lemons on sale and slice them thin, then freeze with wax paper.
I always have fresh lemon for tea or a toddy, to infuse ice water, or add lemon zest, use in a random recipe or to freshen the garbage disposal. 🙂
