In good cell ag news, you can now actually try cultivated salmon as a consumer. At any meaningful commercial scale, wild-caught and farmed salmon are both, in their own ways, ecological disasters. Research suggests cultivated salmon is far more sustainable. And I can vouch for its deliciousness.
