This is not true.

Gemini will tell you basically anyone has ADHD. If you ask it 3 times you might get 3 different answers. LLMs ("AI") cannot facts.

The two citations it cites have him talking about recovery from addiction, with no mention of ADHD.

This is the book that taught me how to read.. like many people with #ADHD, I often hold onto things if they are associated with important memories.

If I throw it out, will I forget how to read?

"After being persuaded that a lobotomy would help to calm his daughter and prevent her sometimes violent mood swings, Joseph Kennedy authorized the operation. The relatively new procedure [...] left Rosemary permanently incapacitated and unable to care for herself. "

What I mean is, you don't need to find a word like "perplexed" or "inspired" or "happy" from the feelings wheel to feel the benefits of putting a label on a feeling

Maybe it wasn't a blackthorn because its fruit were smaller than in this picture

Anyone know this tree:
- sharp thorns
- leaves kind of like a Hawthorne
- small black fruit
- hates cyclists

So much of it focuses on organization and ignores the emotional part, which is much more impactful in my view.

I'm reading The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read by Phillipa Perry at the moment, I think it would be helpful despite not being focused on ADHD

I'm using one just called speed reader at the moment, it has a few different read modes, not exactly what I think might suit you but maybe! Plus increasing the challenge can help

It's come to my attention some of you may share my trepidation for stairs.

A thing I enjoy is frightening myself by looking at pictures of "Death Stairs"

Phone on silent, or off, is not the same as no phone, the phone is potentially always distracting.

Some people will have a "feature phone" for when they are out and about, and a smart phone for other occasions.
