My lemon shark Solomon is more of an anti-villain than anything, but he's the closest I have.
He's the leader of a street gang, so while he's no stranger to petty crimes and gang warfare, his priority is giving his men a sense of purpose in life. Probably not quite as evil as you were hoping.

I wouldn't say it's a habit. Just that it's a bit of humiliation he likes to inflict on opponents who are into that. Most of the time he'll just drop it a few feet away, or if he does take it with him, he'll give it back after a future rematch.
