Golden Potato & Greens (NYT) I adapted. Started w/pancetta base; sautéed leeks, garlic, chile pequin, Swiss chard stems; added turmeric, potatoes; then water + chicken bouillon. Boiled. Added Swiss chard at end.
Bowl: golden potato and greens soup from NY Times. Dutch oven: soup boiling. Swiss chard leaves haven’t been added.

My newest love: thawed whole cherries, Greek yogurt, drizzle of maple syrup (or raw local honey), whole flax seeds & chia seeds, granola. Enjoy fresh or mix/store in fridge. Turns into cold bread pudding of sorts if you have enough liquid from frozen fruit.
