Golden Potato & Greens (NYT) I adapted. Started w/pancetta base; sautéed leeks, garlic, chile pequin, Swiss chard stems; added turmeric, potatoes; then water + chicken bouillon. Boiled. Added Swiss chard at end.
Bowl: golden potato and greens soup from NY Times. Dutch oven: soup boiling. Swiss chard leaves haven’t been added.

In pot: spicy Italian sausage, red onions, fennel, garlic, carrots, celery, potatoes, tomatoes two ways (can of diced and can of San marzano), spices. In pot: spicy Italian sausage+spices, red onions+fennel, smashed garlic. I build flavors slowly so add things in layers.
