I love Amtrak too, the 1% of time it’s both convenient and not exorbitant.

I’m constantly amazed at how bad / useless Amtrak is.

I’m becoming more and more opposed altogether to that being the general approach, given the way it often occurs with what seems little to no thought.

And, I‘d prefer to say, when it is done, it needs to be done in a way that is accessible to *everyone*.

I think it's also safe to say a certain downtown business set isn't bothered with the thought of missing the communities not able / willing to navigate this.

This was my very first reaction.

As a longtime member of the tech community, I expected this announcement to be of *removing* devices from classrooms. Ever optimistic, forever aspiring luddite.
