It's amazing that older generations resist talking about mental health, and instead chalk it up to us being too sensitive. We've come such a long way, and that kind of talk when you're already struggling is not helpful.

I can't wait until I'm officially diagnosed with ADHD or anxiety so I can start to feel normal. And maybe parachute some of my meds to my American buddies.
