I can barely leave the house even with assistance and have referrals to specialists out the wazoo, but to get by, I go back to my old PT papers or PT vids. Everything I'm seeing is geared towards athletic folks.

Sometimes then the ligament will actually like get in between the bone fragments which stops them from knitting together. 🧪
