Police in Airdrie, Alberta (just north of Calgary) say this driver hit a 17-year-old girl in a marked crosswalk, got out of the vehicle, and appeared to get upset at the teenager before driving away.

They released this video and are now trying to identify the driver.

At this point in time Canadian Armed Forces are safe doing assigned duties within the USA. They are still our allies and we still do war exercises with them and will continue to do so even with Trump in the White House. It is individual citizens that might have issues and should be wary.
