My personal #lipidtime highlight is antigen-gated control of Gq/DAG signaling!🚦 Using PAGER-Gq, we showed DAG production driven by soluble and surface antigens in HEK cells and neurons. Plus, neuron images reveal local DAG production at antigen-contact membranes! Can it be something useful?🤔

PAGERs couple detection of a wide range of custom-defined antigen to a variety of output including transgene expression and cell signaling.
