Entertainment media is not a "there's no ethical consumption..." situation, you have options. I'm not saying you have to buy a box of VHS tapes, but good lord you do not have to engage in recurrent spending to companies who pay the people who would prefer we not exist anymore.

If you're in the Hall county area of Georgia and like buying magic or pokemon cards. My gamestop is now selling raw singles. Nothing crazy, the most expensive stuff is V-max pokemon at 7 bucks. MTG sings cap out at 2 bucks. Food for thought
