Tonight's cooking adventure - Gochujang cauliflower with miso beans. I've never tried roasting cauliflower before. Loved the result especially with the spicy Gochujang glaze

Took Millie for a walk at Warsash yesterday and spotted the iconic Pink Ferry. There are records of a ferry between Warsash and Hamble-le-Rice dating back to 1493

Today was our 35th wedding anniversary (over a billion seconds of marriage). Had a lovely sunshiney wander through the Dorset countryside to a lovely dog friendly pub. Ended the day with an evening walk up the hill out of the village and pasta and prosecco in our cottage rental. Perfect.

Millie, the Ginger Ninja, enjoying exploring the garden on her first holiday. Looking forward to a few days of exploring the Dorset countryside with her.

I fully endorse this message 🙏
A reminder that every small bit of good you do - whether it be putting art into the world, helping a friend or stranger, donating to a good cause, or just listening to someone who needs to vent - offsets all the evil in the world just a little bit. And sometimes that's just what the world needs.

The weather here on the South Coast of England is glorious at the moment. This is a glimpse of the River Hamble from the River Hamble Country Park yesterday ☀️

Millie, the Ginger Ninja, learning some table manners 🤣 This is peak happiness for me - hiking boots, muddy knees, doggy buddy and countryside to explore. Who's with me?
