Set up the same as my ~front guts mod - skin cutout/diffuse texture + equippable tummy bit

works sorta ok with C+ on bibo medium.
i haven't tested it with rue/other bibo variets, but it might behave a bit weird since it's fitted quite close to the skin

the decorative bits on the top will probably go since they don't really ~match the rest of their vibe

And the whole thing needs to be adjusted so it doesn't clip with every hair ever.
