You’re both not wrong and Buck won by 24 in 2022, Boebert only won by 11 in 2024. She won’t lose, we’ll spend a bunch of money on it - but it could easily be a six point loss with all that money!

Answer from a non-parent: there are simply better books that don’t introduce anyone to JK Rowling’s evilness or her bad writing. Happy to help with options!

what's so tedious about the popularism "debate" is that none of its adherents actually believe it. Yglesias spent a huge chunk of his career arguing for urban upzoning when the idea was political suicide. His last book was an argument for a massive increase in immigration — also unpopular!
