literally spent more than 8 hours today to get ahold of someone to complete a prior authorization. it was very clear that the system for this company was designed not to be able to be navigated. this should be criminal. 9:02 PM • 2/23/22 and it hasn't been approved... and this is completely uncompensated time, because they want me to give up and not spend 8 hours of uncompensated time getting someone a med they need because that's easier than just saying they aren't actually a Medicaid provider and they are actually a scam @RyanMarino I spent over an hour submitting a prior authorization today for a medication that a patient has been stable on for months because the insurer “expired" the previous PA without telling anyone (the reason I was given was because it had been refilled by the patient 2 days early??) 11:07 PM • 10/15/21 I was told just before 5 (close) that while I had completed the entire form correctly (after 3 times they said I did not and requested additional info) but since I didn't free text a statement that the patient needed the med today they would not authorize it today. I hate it here
