update: I've gotten her to walk up with the stairs when treats are involved but I might have to wait for her to figure out on her own that it's easier to walk up than stairs than jump

I spent $65 on a really good set of stairs (that double as storage boxes) so my dog could more easily get on my bed & she won't use them. I've even put treats and food on the steps!
