Fun fact, I used to think life flighted emergencies just hung in a stretcher under the helicopter and not inside it when I was a kid and I have no clue where I got that from.

What is the closest ER?
Are they over crowded? Reroute to nearest overflow ER
Are they equipped for the emergency?
Is the ambulance contracted through the county/sector or does it work for the hospital/ER itself?

I think he’s capable of working in the best but I personally like him working in a slum district where he knows the hypochondriacs, the druggies, the chronically ill.

Smaller staff would also mean letting him do as he pleases more often than not cause they can’t afford to replace him.

That’s a legit question.

I think wherever he works, the higher ups either don’t give a shit or he’s a senior nurse and ppl have learned to turn a blind eye to his corner cutting.

New nurses/drs come in from time to time and try and challenge him and he laughs in their faces.
