nope. things were super gross and unsanitary. also, they didn’t know about bacteria or how infection spread at that point. there was a passage where one hospital was like ‘we probably shouldn’t reuse bandages from patients that had gangrene’ and i was like… reuse??? bandages??? 😨😱

it’s amazing how much weather can affect your mood. after a weekend of high 80s to 90 degree weather, i just took the trash out tonight and it’s in the 60’s. it feels like fall and i feel like a new person

in my experience, listings tend to get seen rather quickly on Mercari! it’s why i tend to choose it over other platforms for the most part if i’m selling something. usually it’s sold within a couple days, sometimes even faster than that

it really is one of the worst feelings to have so many ideas and have no motivation. wanting to draw so badly, but something fouls your mood and you just can’t do it. i’m sorry that it’s something you’re going through. i hope you can overcome it soon and feel better!

it’s so hard not to compare yourself to other when pursuing anything creative in this day and age. and not letting it get to you is much easier said than done. take a break if writing is making you feel less than stellar right now and come back to it later. (1/3)
