Another day, another cycle of Evri lies.
We just got it at the depot. It's out for delivery. We have it at the depot. It's out for delivery.
Anybody who uses Evri to deliver does not care at all about their customers or reputation.
I'm very much done with this BS.

Automated customer service is getting ridiculous.

Nearly a week since Evri lost my parcel. Haven't been contacted by anyone about it, not even an email. Been over 24 hours and multiple chases now, still nada.

Can't even contact the retailer, because they too have automated all customer services.
