With all this talk of how to end Russias war against Ukraine, and a cease fire, keep this in mind:

If Ukraine ceases firing, Ukraine will cease to exist.

If Russia ceases firing. the war will cease to exist.

Pretty clear

The largest SNAP cuts in history went into effect yesterday, eliminating or drastically cutting food assistance for millions of Americans.

And it’s all to pay for more tax cuts that primarily benefit the super-rich.

Trickle-down economics isn't just a hoax — it's cruel.

Global opinion on Trump is polarized and largely negative. Per Pew's June 2025 survey of 24 nations, a median 34% express confidence in his leadership, with 62% lacking it—lowest in Europe and allies, where he's seen as arrogant and dangerous.

Then invite devout practicing catholic Joe Biden to attend.

What we are witnessing is not an incoming administration reshaping the executive branch to enact its policy agenda.

We are witnessing the rapid and systematic installment of an oligarchy.

BBC and NPR are government supported--which can be good but beware. Vanity Fair and Mother Jones are great. In my opinion so is The Atlantic.

But my advice is to find a handful of small outlets or individuals who you enjoy and trust and support them. I try to periodically highlight some I like.
I still like the BBC, NPR, Vanity Fair and Mother Jones. They still seem to be fairly independent. Do you have other suggestions?
