Here in South Africa, they called 3.5" floppy disks "stiffies". I still cringe every time I hear someone here refer to them as that, seemingly blissfully unaware of what that term means in normal countries...

I pretty much only use it to follow accounts from Japan these days, as it's still pretty popular there.

I threw my back out once moving a 14" EGA monitor, lol. To be fair though, that monitor is unusually heavy for a 14", due to having a metal cage on the inside.
