Okay for any academics out there that use @quarto.org to produce pdfs and have to deal with the new accommodation demands I think I have a solution.

For basic PDFs you can get appropriate tagging using quarto -> typst -> PDF.

1 current prob: The typst version quarto uses doesn't support this...
