It's the green bean casserole. There are so many better ways to cook vegetables than to reduce them into a "cream of mushroom" congealed slime.

It's a stew kind of night.
#dinner for me was veggie chili. We also divided it up for lunches this week.
Second pot was a tilapia and shrimp stew.
Someone bought un-prepped shrimp though. So that was 20 minutes of removing veins, shells, and tails.
