Dropped Chester off at daycare. While most of the other dogs were busy playing with toys in another corner, Chester was already busy making friends with the staff.
They have opposing thumbs and know how to open doors.

Our lights are all connected to a timer on James’ phone. So now, when he travels for work, he will turn the lights on and off on me from wherever he is (in this case, Chicago).

It was a wonderful celebration of The Baptism of the Lord @stjohnsdixiechurch.bsky.social today with the baptism of Edward. Edward’s coming among us in many ways reflected the passage from Acts Fr. Jim preached on about Peter recognizing the presence of the Spirit prior to any ritual of belonging.

James brought a new toy home for #DailyChester - Felix the Fox. Chester was initially enthusiastic, but when he spends the day at the church with me, he never gets any sleep because there is always so much activity getting his attention - so after two chews on Felix, he fell asleep. 😴🥰
