I want to be kinder to myself again. I used to be that friend that could make everyone smile when things were hard. I used to be pretty social all things considered for an introverted and shy person. Realistically I'm not alone, but it sure does feel that way.

2024 was incredibly rough for me, hope this year is a little better

Really had to end the year out with not having power today

Of course the day I'm like this is the one I get called for a job interview on the spot

My breathing is back under control. My brain is all over the place today, but I have also just been very idle for most of it. I know what I should be doing to help my mental health, just a matter of keeping up with it as always

I am once again in the loop of I want to speak to new people but dont want to bother people and dont know where to go
