This is why, after forming government in 2017. the BC NDP passed a law banning donations to political parties from businesses & unions Only individual citizens can donate to political parties in BC & it makes a difference.

This ban needs to be enacted across Canada.
Ban paid lobbyists, too.

C'mon ... Credit where credit is due. Before the election, PP's platform was nothing but "Trudeau Bad". Since his loss and "rebirth" as a southern Albertan, he has updated and revamped the platform.

It's now ....

This is their test case. If there is no push back from other labour unions and organizations, it opens the door to use "notwithstanding clause" again and again.

Alberta workers MUST stand against this bill. General strike must move from a threat to an imminent reality.

Time for a general strike! And I hope the ATA tells Smith where to shove it and keeps striking
