It was never designed to help those people in the first place, and can't be reformed to do so. Reforming a government built by and for WMSP is a pipe dream, clinging to some vellum won't change that.

Why do you think this current constitution is so important to keep intact? The government designed by it led to what we have now. Better to just rip it up and start over with a new constitution.

Nah we could do away with the senate entirely. Its only purpose is to stymie progress and act as a reactionary vanguard against the will of the people.
We could also make the Supreme Court have terms of office that aren't lifelong so "conservatives" don't own the judiciary for decades at a time.
