I say "first draft" but it's the first draft after the act was fully outlined. In the past I've had several different attempts but each fell because I was too young and/or essentially failed to plan. This story has been in the works for 9 years. I'm not amazing, but I'm not new to writing.

Decided to begin the Act 1 first draft of my #MedievalDrama. Despite the outline not being finished, I need to make sure the plot flows. Best way to do that is to actually write it.

Every year I create a goals list. I don't usually finish the list entirely, but it's always exciting to complete any.
This year one of my writing goals is to add (at the least) 20,000 words to my chapter outline. I'm currently at over 45K from last year. Let's double it?
