If the Democratic Party were a functional political party, Schumer would have been long gone by now. The age of the dinosaurs is over — why are they still around? Step aside.

Oh please. Trump could have turned off the tap of violence the day he took office. And Biden could have done so too. That's the power you have when you're bankrolling that violence.
Yes, I'm overjoyed that hostages on both sides are being freed. But you don't get a prize for stopping your own crime.

Great job — you ignored the flak and stuck to your line! Thanks for representing your constituents well in a tough venue.

Who's at fault for SEPTA cuts?
1. PA state legislature for withholding funding to transit
2. SEPTA Board for playing politics at riders' expense instead of doing its job
3. Philly mayor for failing to fight back with the means available
(Plenty more but that's the top three)

BS. SEPTA should continue to do its job: provide transit to the people. All of it — no cuts, no choosing which riders are sacrificed. And keep doing that, its whole job. And then shut down if it runs out of money.
SEPTA leadership is making this its own failure, when it's a failure of government.

Why in the world is the city still installing toxic artificial turf?
And why is the Inquirer seemingly unaware of its own coverage of dangerous PFAS in turf — including at Murphy Rec? www.inquirer.com/news/philade...
City officials believed a new South Philly turf field was PFAS-free. Not true, experts say.
Three experts separately told The Inquirer that lab tests on turf that was recently installed at Murphy Recreation Center are "misleading."
