I’m starting to think that Chief Justice Roberts has a draft opinion tucked away in his “Break Glass in Case of Emergency” file - to utilize before he leaves the Supreme Court building for the last time - that will dissolve the Judicial Branch and incorporate all its powers in the Executive Branch.
