1. Rename the Gulf of Mexico. 2. Take over Greenland. These were not on my list of outrageous things the incoming Republican administration might attempt. The top item on my list: Demand the immediate resignations of Justices Jackson, Kagan and Sotomayor. Anything - truly anything - is possible.

I’m starting to think that Chief Justice Roberts has a draft opinion tucked away in his “Break Glass in Case of Emergency” file - to utilize before he leaves the Supreme Court building for the last time - that will dissolve the Judicial Branch and incorporate all its powers in the Executive Branch.
