I have some thoughts as I wrap up my 7-week exercise/diet challenge from Fit Body Boot Camp. The basics are still true. A combination of diet and exercise is really the best way to lose weight and get in shape. It was hard to adjust coming from a sedentary state to an active one.

This is incredibly disturbing and goes against every rule of war, international law, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the very ethic of the military. A disciplined military goes to every length to prevent civilian deaths and having a SecDef who doesn't care is unacceptable.

If they won’t disclose who is funding the presidential transition, and they won’t even run FBI background checks on the nominees, the American people can’t be expected to treat the appointments as wholly legitimate. A cloud will hang over all of them.
