My colleague and friend had gastric bypass surgery and has lost around 100 lbs. She claims she cannot eat sugar. She is sickly and surely has an eating disorder. It's sad to watch a person wither away to nothing. Is it true that after a gastric bypass, a person shouldn't have much (if any) sugar?
