New runs will fill supply. First printing sold out but second printing should be on the way. However, if you're in the U.S. you might want to check with your vendor to see if something went wrong. If you are outside the U.S., there are known delays in fulfillment there (possibly tradewar related).

Ironically "being too easy to read" was one of the reasons its publication was opposed (www.richardcarrier.info/archives/381...). I think that was an excuse to police unwanted results. But it betrays a commitment to obscurantist writing designed to exclude the common reader from accessing knowledge.

Although short answer is no (Rachel Wilson is a headliner and an MDD regular, but a conservative Christian anti-feminist), it would be fair to say MDD events are predominately a dudefest and right-leaning. Which tend to go together. Usually fails the Bechdel test. But it's meet them where they are.
