Danielle Smith wants to weaken public education in favour of private schools, religious schools, and homeschooling. It's the same agenda as US Republicans.

Universal public education is a cornerstone of Canadian society. Alberta's teachers are fighting for it. We must support them at every step!

If I had listened to the cynics, Calgary wouldn't have bike lanes, or a new library, or East Village, RiverWalk, the Peace Bridge, downtown office conversions, or even community gardens. My advice? Use the well-being of future generations as a guide and march confidently passed the naysayers.

Everyone has two votes for city council - Mayor and councillor! Folks need to take a look specifically at Brian, regardless of what they think about parties or who they are voting for as councillor.

Calgary needs a great Mayor no matter what, and Brian is definitely the right choice.

If you believe the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is a fundamental foundation of Canadian society, you must strongly reject any use of the Notwithstanding Clause.

With a 1 seat majority in a legislature, it can be used to override any right or freedom.

Utter contempt and disrespect from Bruce McAllister.

Pre-emptive use of the notwithstanding clause is an existential threat to the freedom of everyone in Canada. A 1 seat majority in a legislature is all that's required to invalidate all personal freedoms in Canada.
