Why do you make them do such difficult things???

ADO auto-fill search seems broken from updates earlier this year. Type an exact work item title when creating a link, and it can't find it—until you click Search. And on names inline in work item content or for the assignee, it used to prioritize previously-used contacts in results. Not anymore.

Microsoft somehow implemented the only tooltip pattern I've seen that pops up IN FRONT OF and steals the focus away from the thing you're trying to click.
