Isn't it time to do away with or more closely regulate NDA?s
They should not be use to shield crimes, to punish whistleblowers.
SUGGESTION: For an NDA to have effect, it should have to be submitted to a judge, who must approve it and can nullify it if and when there appears to be a related crime.
