So I queried with my GP surgery my upcoming appointment as when I last spoke to a doctor she said I should have an annual review with my usual GP, and they offered me a telephone appointment with the pharmacist, but I’ve been well and truly told 😬 I’m all for this approach so happy to comply

Not a bad session, although lowered the weight on my leg exercises as my knee has been a bit painful lately 🦵💪😅

As a follow up to my blood pressure issues and adding a new medication I’ve done a 7 day check, it’s definitely come down but I think my meds need further tinkering

So I’ve got up to date with my Lego Star Wars advent calendar, and I’d love to know the process they went through when designing it as apart from the figures the things built look like hunks of junk 🤣🤣

Another rather poignant thing was getting a large collection of my late Nan’s photos, as my step grandad had so many, but now have one of very few pictures with my grandad who died when I was very young, this is from 1987 or 88 I believe

I thought by getting a train after 9 it wouldn’t be that busy, nope, it’s absolutely rammed, luckily I got a seat but as more and more people got on it’s gotten a lot more cozy, and typically it’s running late, I don’t think I’ve got a train in the last few years that wasn’t!
