Etruscan Testarolli! (The pasta whose name made us all giggle.) It's purportedly Italy's first pasta from around 700 BCE. Topped by a homemade pesto, walnuts, and shaved pecorino. Oh, and yes, that is a homemade rustic Italian loaf on the side. Yum!
