The sudden realization of “ohh… …you meant MY immigrant” driving the downtrend does give me pause, makes this graph all the more worrying. The MAGAmoron crowd always thought it was someone else’s immigrant, as in “not my immigrant”. Have doubts? Ask a farmer or a rancher.

For all the American’s in this thread. I hate to tell you, this is what a typical “third world” realestate squeeze looks like. Yes, we 3rd worlders witness this on a weekly basis, you don’t, hence difficulties to identify then process. BUT, now you’ve seen one, next one will be easier to spot.
