What is this thing about trying to convince childfree people to have kids? Like the last thing I would say to somebody who says “I don’t want a dog,” is: “go adopt a dog.” You live your life, I’ll live mine. (I’m actually asking, why are people so invested in the reproductive choices of others?)

As a cat owner, nothing, NOTHING, will ever deserve the term “preen” more than one of my cats stretching and purring and- possibly- prancing around while being pet. So if I use this to describe a character’s reaction to something, I mean it, because that shit is precious. #writing #cats

It’s too early for this nonsense, but please stop trying to sell things that don’t belong to you. In this case I’m talking fandom things that should be free anyway. I’m so sick of reporting to various sites to protect myself. This is why a lot of us have just walked away. #fanfic #hp #fandom

Have we lost our ability to distinguish fiction from reality? Because so much of our lives are virtual? IDK, but I’ve been getting a lot of reviews lately mad at the characters in my fics, but also saying that they’re not mad at me. Y’all, I wrote them that way, do you really not get that?

Absolutely this, there’s so much out there you will enjoy and it’s a better use of your time to move on. Also, if it’s making you mad or uncomfortable enough that you’re tempted to be rude to the writer, it’s time to walk away. #fanfic

Some writers want to win awards. I would like to create and sell a TV show that inspires people to make 7+ minute compilation videos of two characters saying each other's names, or every single time those same two characters make eye contact. Or both. The highest honor.
