One of the weirdest things about my healing journey I've been on is grieving the things I thought I'd never grieve.
I knew my health was never the best, despite taking care of myself and eating well. Thanking my body for getting me this far and going much easier on her has been quite a change.

Ramble: One of the things about grief I'm learning is that it really forces you to reevaluate yourself and your life.
My dog was my everything. Losing him, as well as having to say goodbye to someone who meant just as much to me back to back, it hurts. I didn't let myself feel the grief of either.

The New Division being my top artist this year was truly no surprise. They've gotten me through some pretty hard days.
In 2019 it was Keep Shelly In Athens. It's so nice to feel this way about an artist for the first time again.

Improvement, healing and positivity is seen as a negative trait; You get labeled as over-privileged or vapid, your past struggles and traumas dismissed entirely.
