We have good friends in the Minneapolis area, and they are feeling it, too. Much calmer here in Canada, at least for the time being.

Absolutely agree! After >30 yrs of GF baking, this site (and the accompanying cookbooks) have revolutionized my homemade baguettes (far better than anything available commercially) and my wife's flaky pie crust. Katarina Cermelj (the loopy whisk) is the reincarnation of the late, great Bette Hagman.

Impossible "burger" is also gluten free, and is closer to meat in taste / texture, which can be unsettling to some vegetarians.
